1. CATEGORIES OF MEMBERS
The membership of the Golf Club is open to the following categories:
I. General Category.
II. Life Members.
III. Non Resident Indian Members (NRI).
IV. Service Members.
a) Haryana Govt. Officers and State PSUs including retired officers (only gazetted officers & equivalent).
b) Other officers including Defence Services, Central Govt Officers and Central PSUs including retired officers (only Class-1 Officers).
v) Student Members.
vi) Corporate Members (for five years only).
vii) Tenure Members (Officers equivalent in seniority to that of JS, GOI and above and posted at Panchkula and Chandigarh on transferable basis.)
viii) Tenure Members (MP/MLA/LAW OFFICER) on tenure basis till they remain at the statutory post. Thereafter, if desirous to convert to Permanent membership, additional Entrance fee of Rs. 5.00 lacs + GST as applicable.
Note: Details of entrance fees, monthly subscription and security deposits for each category shall be as per new policy.

6. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Applicants are required to pay:
i) One-time non-refundable Entrance Fee as prescribed.
ii) One-time interest-free Security Deposit as prescribed, refundable only after term of membership or on surrender (minimum lock-in 3 years). Processing time for refund is minimum 6 months from termination/surrender.
iii) Monthly Subscription as prescribed.
7. MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS
i) Club facilities available to spouses and eligible children of members/corporate nominees as per rules.
ii) Reciprocal membership with other clubs as decided by management.
iii) Guests may use facilities (except on specified days) with applicable guest fees; member must accompany and register guests.
iv) Membership Card — photo ID must be produced on demand; loss to be reported immediately.
8. USE OF THE CLUB AND OTHER FACILITIES
i) No pets or feeding of stray dogs within premises.
ii) Smoking/alcohol only in designated areas.
iii) Games only in designated areas/timings.
iv) Firearms and weapons strictly prohibited; armed guards not allowed.
v) No monetary/non-monetary benefits to staff; service charge applies on F&B etc.
vi) Children under 12 only with an adult member/guest.
vii) Management may verify identity of all entrants.
9. LIABILITY OF THE CLUB
No damages/claims shall be entertained; management’s decision final. Office bearers/staff indemnified against claims.
10. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES & FACILITIES
i) Advance cash payment at reception for services/facilities.
ii) Monthly fee (except Life Members) is payable regardless of usage.
iii) Charges incurred by spouse/children/guests are debited to member’s account.
iv) Interest @1.5% per month on dues unpaid after 30 days; after 90 days, access may be suspended/ membership terminated at management’s discretion.
v) Golf carts/equipment subject to availability; use at user’s own risk; damages chargeable to user.
11. SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
Suggestions may be entered in the Suggestions Book at the office. Complaints to General Manager in writing or in the office book.
12. ALTERATION IN FACILITIES
Management may add/modify/reduce/eliminate facilities at its sole discretion.
13. DRESS CODE
Members must change after golf before using main club house. Shorts not permitted in main bar/dining room. Casual attire acceptable if not offensive to others.
14. LOSS, DAMAGES OR INJURIES
Use of facilities is at user’s risk. Users warned of high-speed balls; members must warn their dependents/guests. Users liable for damages caused by them.
15. EFFECT OF EVENTS BEYOND MANAGEMENT CONTROL
Management not liable for non-performance due to force majeure or causes beyond control.
16. ORDER OF PLAY
Starts governed by time-sheet/arrival order; Club matches have precedence; follow starter’s instructions; President/Vice-President have precedence; only start from 1st/10th tees unless otherwise directed.
17. SUSPENSION OF PLAY
Management may suspend access for tournaments/events with notice on the board (typically 7 days).
18. CADDIES
i) Detailed by caddy master; cannot be retained for a particular member.
ii) Fore-caddies permitted unless competition rules prohibit.
iii) Private caddies allowed if registered and identified; subject to club rules.
iv) Playing with a playing caddy has same standing.
v–vii) Charges as per committee; payment immediate post-round; complaints to caddy master.
19. RULES OF GOLF
R&A Rules and local rules govern play.
20. GOLF ETIQUETTE
Good manners, repair course, avoid delays, keep pace; invite faster match to play through.
21. GOOD BEHAVIOR
Restraint and gentlemanly behavior expected; foul language/violence may invite suspension/cancellation.
22. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
For contravention of rules; 15 days prior notice; membership may remain suspended during the period; security deposit may be forfeited.
23. DEATH OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBER
Refund of security deposit to nominated person after adjusting dues.
24. TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOT EXHAUSTIVE
Management may add/amend/delete rules; updates via notice board become binding immediately.
25. INTERPRETATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Masculine includes feminine; singular includes plural and vice-versa.
26. ARBITRATION
Disputes to be resolved by negotiation failing which by a sole arbitrator appointed by management. Arbitrator’s decision final.

• Taxes as applicable shall be charged.
• Senior Citizens (75+ years): 75% exemption on monthly subscription.
• Senior Officers (65+ years): 20% rebate on monthly subscription.
• Required documents: Local cheque/DD in favour of Panchkula Golf Club; two photographs (self/spouse/dependents up to 21 yrs); residence proof (Panchkula/Chandigarh/Mohali); Golf handicap certificate; employment certificate / PPO (Govt. officers); DOB proof of dependent children (≤21); PAN copy.
