            Panchkula Golf Club having 18 hole golf course is situated at an alluring location on the western bank of river Ghaggar, with Shivalik hills in the back drop. Spread over 144 acre, the course has been re-designed and renovated in 2012 up-to International specifications.  An excellent and imposing club house with facilities like Swimming Pool, Gym, Bar, Restaurant, Lounge, Change rooms for both gents and ladies and Pro shop are added facilities for the golfers.  For efficient functioning Panchkula Golf Club has following committees:-

2          The power and duties of its officers and employees.  

a)        General Manager -    Responsible for overall functioning of the golf course, club house facilities, budget and to see that overall financial goals are met as per the guidelines, policies and procedures.  Oversees the golf course operation, fee structure safe keeping of assets, inventory resources. For detailed duties refer to SOP.

b)        Manager C & M  -   Responsible for the successful profitable operations of all aspects of the course and its associated facilities.  Managing day to day working and maintenance of all accts of the golf course and assure standards for member satisfaction. For detailed duties please refer to the SOP.

            c)         Office Supervisor  -      Is responsible for the following :-

·                      Overall functioning, administration and supervision of the office.

·                      To maintain attendance, leave records, service record and disciplinary aspects pertaining to all the on-roll staff members of the club.

·                      Up-keep and maintenance of individual folder of all the on-roll employees of the club.

  

·                       Receipt of all incoming dak including maintenance of incoming dak dairy.

·                      Despatch of all the outgoing dak including maintenance of despatch book.

·                      Repair and Maintenance of office equipment.

·                      Purchase & distribution of stationery required from time to time.

·                      Issue of reciprocal slips to the members and preparation of reciprocal card/introductory letter   as and when demanded by the members.

·                      Preparation of Handicap certificate as and when demanded by the members.

·                      To deal with all the disciplinary matters pertaining to the staff and members of the club.

·                      Up-dation, preparation and maintenance of PGC Applicant Register, Registered membership register, Midweek membership register and        Permanent membership register.

·                      Up-keep and maintenance of Governing Body meeting file and Management committee meeting file.

·                      Issue instructions pertaining to conduct of tournaments being held from time to time.

·                      To get printed reciprocal slip books, credit receipt books and other printing material as and when required.

 

d)        Accountant

            a)        Handles all documents related to financial matters.

e)        Store Keeper

            a)        Custodian of complete stores/machinery and their up keep and   

            repair.

f)         Club Supervisor     

a)        Supervises all aspects related to club house i.e Gym Lounge, Restaurant and bar.
