1   Ref letter  written by various members to Panchkula Golf Club regarding booking of tee time slots.

2   This system was adopted to remove anomalies in the system where in the starters were wholly responsible for booking. There were continuous string of complaints against them as they were booking at their will.

3   On going into the details of Tee off slots, it was found that the same four balls were always  getting their choice of tee off time especially so during the morning hours. Please bear with the club as this system is much more fool proof.

4   The App for booking is being prepared by the IT section of HSVP.  All members will be informed once the same is ready.
