1. Cost of Form – Rs. 11,800/- (Rs. 10,000/- + 18% GST) (Non-Refundable)
2. Processing Fees – Rs. 18,880/- (Rs. 16,000/- + 18% GST) payable along with the completed form.
3. Eligibility & Charges
a) To become PGC Applicant
i) Applicant should be resident of tri-city / residence within radius of 25 kms of Panchkula Golf Club.
ii) Age Limit – Minimum 18 years (other than student’s category).
iii) Should not have been convicted by any court for an offence involving moral turpitude.
iv) Should not have been declared an undischarged insolvent.
v) Minimum Golf Handicap: 24 (gentlemen) and 30 (ladies).
b) To become Registered Member
i) Must be a PGC applicant for a minimum of 3 months.
ii) Submit 30 green-fee receipts as proof of play at the course.
iii) Minimum Golf Handicap: 22 (gentlemen) and 30 (ladies).
iv) Entrance fee – 30% of the entitled category.
v) Full security deposit as applicable.
c) To become Mid-Week Member
i) Should be a Registered Member for at least 3 months.
ii) Should have 30 green-fee receipts as proof of play as a Registered Member (Registered Member is charged 60% of the existing green fee).
iii) Minimum Golf Handicap: 20 (gentlemen) and 28 (ladies).
iv) Registered Members in default of club dues shall not be upgraded to Mid-Week category.
v) Entrance fee – 50% in the applicable category (total 80% of entrance fee after Registered stage).
d) To become Permanent Member
i) Should have been a Mid-Week Member for at least 3 months.
ii) Minimum Golf Handicap: 18 (gentlemen) and 26 (ladies).
iii) Mid-Week Members in default of club dues shall not be upgraded to Permanent Member.
iv) Up-gradation from Mid-Week to Permanent will follow percentage laid down by the Governing Body.
v) Balance 20% of the entrance fee as applicable to the member’s category.
